Terms of Service
The terms for using Tasweek.
These terms cover Tasweek's CRM, marketing, content creation, communications, integrations and AI-assisted business tools. Effective October 26, 2026.
At a glance
You own your business content and decide which accounts to connect. You are responsible for lawful communications and reviewing AI-assisted work. Third-party features, including TikTok, require the provider's authorization and may not be available in every plan or account.
Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the conditions for accessing and using Tasweek, including its website at tasweekai.com and the features made available through the Tasweek business platform (collectively, the "Service"). References to "Tasweek", "we", "us" and "our" mean the provider of the Tasweek Service.
By registering for an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Tasweek on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Tasweek provides
Tasweek is a business software platform that may include customer relationship management (CRM), contact and lead records, customer communications, marketing campaign planning, content drafting and approvals, workflow automation, websites, online booking, analytics and AI-assisted tools.
Availability varies by plan, account configuration, region, technical readiness, authorized third-party connections and product development. Some features may be in testing or require separate approval. A feature shown in a preview is not a guarantee that an external integration or automated publishing is available to your account.
You are responsible for reviewing features, permissions and usage allowances that apply to your workspace before enabling them.
3. Accounts and responsible use
You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities undertaken through your account and for managing your team members' permissions.
You agree to use Tasweek only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the Service to send spam, run misleading campaigns, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, violate privacy rights, distribute malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or system.
You are responsible for securing any required permissions and consents before collecting customer information, sending marketing messages, recording calls, using AI communication tools or contacting people through third-party services. You must follow laws and provider policies that apply to your activities.
4. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of the content, customer records, contact lists, messages, images, videos and other material you submit to the Service (your "Content"). You grant Tasweek a limited right to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise use that Content only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure and support the Service and the features you choose to use.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload, edit, share and publish your Content. You are responsible for the accuracy of customer information, the legality of your contact lists and the material that you approve for distribution.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. If you process personal information about your customers through Tasweek, you are responsible for your own notices, lawful basis, consents and responses to applicable privacy requests.
5. Social media connections and TikTok
You may choose to connect external platforms, including supported social media, email and calendar services. When available, these connections use the authorization process and permissions supplied by the relevant provider. You must be entitled to connect the account, and your use of that platform remains subject to the provider's own terms, community standards and API policies.
For TikTok, an authorized user may connect a TikTok account and, where the relevant permissions and feature are enabled, send an approved video from Tasweek to TikTok for the account holder to review and publish. Uploading a video for review is not the same as publishing it. Direct publishing, if ever available, requires its own applicable authorization, capabilities and explicit user action.
You control your content and must review it for accuracy, rights, safety, music licensing and compliance with platform rules before authorizing an upload or publication. Tasweek does not own or operate TikTok or any other connected provider and cannot guarantee that a provider will accept, post or continue to support your content or connection.
You may revoke third-party access through the available integration controls or the provider's account settings. Features that rely on revoked or expired authorization may stop working.
6. AI-assisted outputs and automations
Tasweek may offer AI-generated drafts, suggested replies, creative copy, summaries, content ideas or workflow suggestions. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing the output and deciding whether to use or send it.
Do not rely on an AI suggestion as a verified appointment, binding price, professional opinion or completed action unless the applicable business record or authorized external system confirms it. Configure your own approval rules, escalation procedures and safeguards before enabling automated actions.
Do not submit sensitive information to AI-assisted features unless doing so is permitted under your obligations and appropriate for your workflow.
7. Subscriptions, payments and third-party charges
Paid plans, applicable fees, usage allowances and billing intervals are shown on the Pricing page, in your workspace or at checkout. Subscribing authorizes the recurring charges displayed at purchase until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation instructions presented in your account or checkout flow.
You can review your plan and available cancellation options through the Billing section of your account. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise, payments already made are not automatically refunded for unused time. Contact us if a payment appears incorrect.
Some external providers may charge separate fees for communications, advertising, usage or other connected services. Those charges, when billed directly by the provider, are outside your Tasweek subscription.
8. Service changes, availability and suspension
We may update the Service, revise available features, implement safety measures or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary. We aim to give appropriate notice of material changes when practical.
We may limit, suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, threatens the Service or other users, creates security risk or is subject to legally required action. You may stop using the Service and request account closure through the available support channels.
The Service depends in part on hosting, internet connectivity and third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of a particular integration, or specific sales or marketing results.
9. Intellectual property
Tasweek and its licensors retain their rights in the Service's software, interfaces, trademarks, branding and related materials, excluding your Content. Subject to these Terms and your active account status, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your lawful internal business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit the Service or its underlying systems except as permitted by applicable law or an express agreement with us.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, without a promise of any particular business outcome, search ranking, advertising performance, delivery rate or compatibility with every external provider.
To the extent permitted by law, Tasweek is not responsible for losses resulting from content you approve, third-party platform decisions, misuse of your account or incorrect information that you provide. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the platform or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date on this page and give additional notice when required. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent allowed by law.
12. Questions and legal notices
For questions about these Terms, account access, billing or legal notices, reach Tasweek through our contact page. We will direct your request to the appropriate person.
